Gleeson helps British Military personnel onto property ladder

With houses starting at less than £100,000, Gleeson builds low cost homes for first time buyers across the Midlands and North of England and have partnered with Forces Property Director (FPD) to help British Military personnel step onto the housing ladder.

Through the partnership, Gleeson will be offering the Forces Help to Buy scheme which provides funding for a 5% deposit and can be used alongside the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which provides a 20% loan, so buyers only require a 75% mortgage.

Gleeson believe FPD’s customer offering is “perfectly positioned to make home ownership a very comfortable option and alternative to renting”.

In addition to the financial and practical support from FPD, we will also provide our key worker offer, meaning this is a very attractive offer for new home owners.”
