Background: Brandon joined Thomas Gray in 2024 after graduating from the University of Exeter. Prior to this, he spent nearly six years at Costa Coffee, where he progressed into a managerial role and enjoyed building strong relationships with both suppliers and customers.
Expertise: Having initially focused on candidate management and market intelligence, Brandon has now shifted towards placing industry professionals primarily within the Sales, Commercial, and Build teams.
Greatest achievement at TGL: Brandon’s greatest achievement was his first solo placement—it marked the moment all the hard work, learning, and persistence paid off. An even better feeling than passing his probation.
Outside of the office: When not 3 putting on the golf course, Brandon can be seen out with his friends and family walking his dog, whilst also taking on new challenges.
