Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning developer, is seeking an Assistant Development Surveyor to provide integral support across a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use schemes. The role provides involvement across the full development lifecycle, spanning land acquisition through to project handover. You will collaborate with colleagues in Land, Technical, Design, Construction, Sales, and Legal to support the successful progression of residential and partnership-led schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the successful delivery of residential and joint venture projects in line with agreed timescales and business objectives.
- Support the planning process, including the preparation of applications, management of obligations, and coordination of consultant input.
- Assist with appraisals, due diligence checks, and reporting.
- Help manage budgets, consultant appointments, and associated legal documentation.
- Engage with a wide range of external stakeholders.
- Promote best practice in health, safety, and compliance.
- Act as a supportive team member by sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of trainees and junior colleagues.
