Thomas Gray is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist consultancy as they look to appoint a Building Safety Consultant to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the evolving building safety sector, working on complex residential buildings and helping clients navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape. With demand continuing to grow, they’re looking for someone who wants to play a key role in delivering practical, risk-based building safety solutions while developing their expertise within a highly specialist environment.
As a Building Safety Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of compliance projects, preparing Safety Case Reports, carrying out building safety inspections, supporting risk assessments and working closely with clients to ensure buildings remain compliant with the latest legislation. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across fire safety, health & safety and project delivery, giving you exposure to a broad range of technically challenging work.
We’re looking for someone with experience and knowledge of current building safety legislation and compliance requirements. You’ll be an organised and proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
