Thomas Gray is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist consultancy as they look to appoint an experienced Fire Safety professional to support the next phase of their expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that’s built its reputation on delivering high-quality, technically led fire safety solutions across complex residential portfolios. With an increasing workload and ambitious plans for growth, they’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front—combining technical expertise with the ability to develop people and build lasting client relationships.
As Fire Safety Lead, you’ll lead and mentor a team of surveyors while remaining hands-on with complex fire risk assessments, technical reviews and quality assurance. You’ll be the go-to technical expert, working closely with clients to deliver practical, risk-based solutions while ensuring the highest standards across every project.
We’re looking for an experienced Fire Safety professional with a strong background in residential fire risk assessments, excellent knowledge of current fire safety legislation and previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams. A Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent) is essential, alongside the confidence to make decisions, influence others and drive continuous improvement.
