Thomas Gray is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist consultancy as they look to appoint an experienced Surveyor to join their expanding Fire Safety team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Passive Fire professional looking to join a business that’s built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire safety solutions across the residential sector. With a growing portfolio of projects and continued investment in the team, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your experience while working alongside highly knowledgeable industry professionals.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out detailed passive fire inspections, including fire doors and compartmentation surveys, producing high-quality technical reports and working closely with clients to ensure the highest standards of compliance. Alongside your surveying responsibilities, you’ll also gain exposure to wider project delivery, supporting fire safety projects from inspection through to completion.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience surveying passive fire protection systems within residential buildings, supported by a recognised passive fire qualification such as FDIS, FIRAS or a Level 3 qualification. You’ll be confident producing technical reports, managing your own workload and building strong relationships with clients, while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
