We are partnered with a well-funded, privately owned housebuilder who operate throughout Surrey, Sussex and Kent to deliver quality-led residential schemes. With their ever-growing strategic land portfolio in mind, we are seeking to appoint a Planner to project manage live and forthcoming planning applications, working closely within the dynamic land team.
The ideal candidate will be MRTPI chartered, with a strong ability to navigate planning regulations and policies, ensuring compliance whilst collaborating with key stakeholders to drive timely, successful project delivery, coming from a housebuilder, consultancy or local authority background.
