Our clients is one of the UK’s leading privately owned housebuilders, who have a strong reputation for their delivery of high-quality homes across England Scotland. They are currently looking to introduce a Degree-Qualified Trainee to join what is already a strong commercial team.
This is an excellent chance to build practical experience and enhance your skill set by collaborating closely with the Commercial Manager and senior team members, playing a vital role in the delivery of key projects and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tender preparation, subcontract orders, and return analysis in line with company policies.
- Support sub-contract payments, final accounts, and on-site measurements for valuations.
- Price customer extras, liaise with Sales, and help with land appraisal take-offs as needed.
