We are partnering exclusively with a highly regarded Project Director to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Sales Lead to take on a key leadership role within a flagship development in the Midlands.

This is a rare opportunity to join a major residential scheme of significant prestige, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver the overall sales strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the customer journey, from initial enquiry through to completion and handover.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, using insight to inform pricing, product mix, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director and wider leadership team to ensure sales performance contributes to project success.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer care standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within mainstream, volume-led residential development.
  • At least 5 years’ proven success in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
  • A track record of delivering strong results across large-scale housing projects.
