**Relocation Opportunity**
We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead and optimise our client’s procurement function, ensuring the efficient sourcing of specialised materials, products, and services for high-end interior fit-out projects. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
 
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, identifying and pre-qualifying new suppliers to meet project needs.
 
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value without compromising quality.
 
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and product innovations to inform purchasing strategies.
 
- Implement vendor performance metrics and intervene where necessary to maintain high standards.
 
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, timely procurement, and seamless coordination with internal teams.
 
- Manage procurement budgets, track inventory, and allocate costs accurately to specific projects.
 
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 10–15 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
 
- Proven background in fit-out contracting, construction, or related industries.
 
- Strong negotiation, networking, and vendor management skills.
 
- Solid understanding of tender processes, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics.
 
- Proficient in procurement software (ERP/MRP) and advanced Excel skills.
 
- Positive, assertive communicator with sound business judgement.
