Our client is seeking a Customer Service Office Manager on a 3-6 month temporary basis in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing customer service function within a respected residential developer.

As Customer Service Office Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Coordinators and Technicians to deliver outstanding service to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and ready to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and inspire the Customer Service team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, allocating workloads effectively and monitoring performance against targets.
  • Regularly review open cases and ensure timely resolution of all issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage and track subcontractor performance, addressing poor delivery and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Build, Sales, and Commercial teams to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction scores.

  • Experienced in customer service management within the residential development sector.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
