Required background: Main Contracting
Our client is a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across affordable housing, care and some education projects. To support continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Contracts Manager to take responsibility for managing up to 4 jobs (£5m – £20m) from preconstruction through to PC.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team on your projects spanning Surveying and Technical / Design and so a demonstrable track record in a similar post is key. Residential main contracting experience is a prerequisite, and preferably running multiple jobs concurrently to drive the highest standards of safety, quality and cost control.
