Our client is a progressive property group integrating asset management with residential, commercial and agricultural portfolios. With a strong pipeline of high-quality housing developments, they are looking to strengthen their technical team with an Engineering Manager who brings demonstrable housebuilding experience, ideally from cradle to grave.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering requirements across residential developments from land appraisal through to completion.
- Coordinate external consultants and oversee roads, drainage, utilities and infrastructure designs.
- Secure technical approvals and agreements, including Sections 38, 104 and 278.
- Provide engineering input into planning applications, budgets and development programmes.
- Support site teams with technical queries and oversee infrastructure adoption and handover.
Previous engineering experience within residential development, housebuilding or a related consultancy environment is prerequisite.
