The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Customer Service Coordinators to ensure all homeowner issues and defects are resolved efficiently in line with the company’s ‘Fix in 30’ commitment and NHQC standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent, high-quality experience by managing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and supporting the Director of Customer Service in achieving departmental objectives.
The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for processing and managing all departmental invoices, ensuring timely approvals, and awareness of departmental spend.
