Our client is a leading privately owned housebuilder with a strong reputation in the market and a commitment to excellence, the business is currently in an exciting phase of growth, where they are looking to introduce a result-oriented, we’re looking for detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Executive to support our growing property development business. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for a recent marketing graduate or someone with early experience, particularly in property or architecture.
You will play a key role in assisting with site marketing activities, presentation materials, and ensuring the accuracy of property listings across platforms such as Rightmove. You’ll support the marketing and sales teams by picking up critical but time-consuming tasks, freeing up senior staff to focus on strategy and client work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and check 3D floorplans, flythroughs, site signage, and listings
- Spot errors in plans and marketing materials – accuracy is key
- Help manage site presentation and signage updates
- General marketing admin – help with plans, images, signage, and documents
