The Role
As a senior leader, you will provide the financial oversight and strategic insight our client needs to stay a market leader. This role requires a balance of strong technical control and forward-thinking commercial thinking.
- Manage all aspects of regional financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Act as a critical advisor to the Managing Director and regional board to influence land acquisition and build-out strategies.
- Oversee robust internal controls while streamlining processes to support a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated finance function, fostering a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have the technical skills and presence to work closely with a senior leadership team.
- Extensive experience in management accounting, statutory reporting and financial analysis.
- A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities without losing accuracy.
- The confidence to challenge stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to board-level discussions.
- An analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into actionable business intelligence.
