A forward-thinking housing organisation is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to help shape the future of its homes and, more importantly, transform the lives of the people who live in them.
This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious organisation where safe, sustainable homes provide the foundation for people to build brighter, more independent futures. Working alongside an entrepreneurial Executive Team, an accomplished Director of Finance, an experienced Director of Operations and a highly respected Board with strong links across housing, business and government, you will help influence the next chapter of a growing organisation with a clear social purpose.
You will lead programmes that improve asset performance, strengthen building safety and deliver long-term investment strategies across a diverse property portfolio. Working with industry-leading consultants and technical specialists, you will drive energy efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives while ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and fit for the future.
Using data, customer insight and strategic asset planning, you will shape investment decisions that enhance resident outcomes, maximise property performance and deliver long-term value. This is a highly influential role where you’ll work across operations, finance and governance to create lasting change for residents and communities.
The successful candidate will bring experience in asset management, strategic property investment or housing asset performance, together with a strong understanding of compliance, building safety and planned investment.
Offering up to £65,000, this organisation embraces flexible working and actively welcomes applications from professionals seeking full time, part time or compressed working arrangements, alongside hybrid working. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic asset management with genuine social impact, working with an inspiring leadership team to deliver safer, more sustainable homes that help people build better lives.
