Working with a respected volume developer, this is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, professional, and detail orientated individual who is looking to further their career.
They are looking to onboard a Technical Manager to be based on site and support the wider team on building the remaining plots of this 300-unit phase.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a fast-paced PLC or SME developer, delivering both traditional build and RC frame. Reporting into an established Senior Technical Manager, you will ultimately ensure the project runs smoothly and all technical aspects are aligned with the programme and specifications.
