With a particular presence across South Wales and the South West, we are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join what is already a high performing department.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover
- Manage consultants, drawings, and specifications in line with programme and budget
- Ensure compliance with HA/Registered Provider specifications and design guides
- Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and buildability in all designs
