Our client is a well-established and well-regarded London based property developer with a strong pipeline of developments throughout London and the Southeast. We are working with the Technical Director to onboard a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator to strengthen the team, ideally offering exposure within residential development either in an SME or PLC. This person will be an independent worker and be able to operate with a level of autonomy, reporting into a Senior Manager. Projects may fall outside the M25 so a driving licence and car is essential.
