We are working closely with a well-regarded Technical Director in the South East to strengthen their department with an experienced Technical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will come from a volume housing background with end to end project exposure and a track record of managing both external architects and engineers. Our client has a significant housing pipeline throughout Kent, hence the need to add to their existing team.
