Required background: Housebuilding
We have partnered with one of the region’s leading 5* developers, who, due to continued growth, are looking to strengthen their Construction team with an ambitious and well-connected Site Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record within volume housebuilding as well as a strong reputation with local sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all site activities, trades, and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
- Maintain build quality in line with company and NHBC standards.
- Manage build programmes and report on progress and targets.
- Support customer handovers and resolve any site issues efficiently.
