We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major residential development in Staines.
You will take the lead on the final phase of this scheme, overseeing the completion of two blocks comprising 158 build-to-rent units. This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position, guiding a small team and working closely with the wider project team to deliver a successful handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small commercial team
- Oversee all surveying and cost management duties through the final phase of the project
- Work collaboratively with the wider site and client teams to ensure timely delivery
- Administer client contracts and manage commercial reporting
- Ensure financial control and project profitability
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale residential schemes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience in client-facing roles with a solid understanding of contract administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure
