Are you in a position to benefit from a tax free environment and chance to build a commercial and retail interior division that is well funded and established across the Gulf?
Our client, one of the most renowned turnkey interior contractors and manufacturers of high-quality joinery in the Middle East are looking to onboard a Divisional Director to expand their presence in Saudi Arabia’s office fit-out sector.
The ideal candidate will have proven fit-out industry experience in the UK, a strong background in commercial office projects, leading complex projects and knowledge of the GCC market.
You will drive business development and manage all pre- and post-contract functions to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building the organisational structure, developing business strategies, and creating efficient operational processes.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.
- Implementing professional supply chain management practices through a series of phased initiatives.
- Breaking down company strategies into actionable milestones.
- Managing resources and enhancing reporting systems.
- Integrating in-house manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead growth strategies, client negotiations and pricing strategies in the pre-contract stage.
- Enhancing project management capabilities, overseeing project execution and maintaining strong client relationships.
This person will foster a positive work culture, propose operational improvements, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
