Required Background: Refurbishment & Contracting
Our Client is a privately owned contractor delivering D&B and interior refurbishments operating within the Education, Retail, Health, Leisure, Residential and Commercial sectors. Following recent growth and increased turnover, allied to a strong workload, there is a need to strengthen the team with a driven, hands-on Senior QS or Commercial Manager that can lead a small team. In addition to proven exposure within the sectors mentioned, key strengths required are leadership, adaptability and working at pace in a busy environment.
