Having worked within the recruitment world for over three years and grown a fondness for the housing sector, Adam has joined Thomas Gray in 2025 as a Consultant. He is focused on building long-term partnerships and supporting the firm’s continued growth in the space.
Expertise: Adam’s experience sits predominately within the social housing sector, partnering with housing providers, local authorities, charities and trusts nationwide. He specialises in both interim and permanent placements across Property, Building Safety and Fire, bringing sector insight and a tailored approach.
Greatest achievement working within the sector: Grew and strengthened an extensive client base, solidifying my position as a primary recruitment partner within the Building Safety, Fire, and Property sectors.
Outside of work: Adam has a range of hobbies that take up the majority of his free time which mainly consist of running, swimming, golf and an occasional trip to the pub.

Best place you have visited?
The best place for me would have to be the South of France. We visit Cannes every few years, the views, wine and weather is unreal. Plus you tend to see some pretty cool yacht’s and super cars too!
Top two movies?
Picking two is tough but one of my personal favourites is Good Will Hunting and I do like a war/history film too.
The perfect 3 course meal?
For starters, it would have to be some kind of bread with olive oil and balsamic, then for the main, a sirloin steak, throw a bit of peppercorn sauce on there too, and for desert I would go with a classic créme brûlée.
