Supporting more than 300 people and employing around 500 colleagues, the organisation combines a powerful social purpose with the scale and complexity of a growing provider of care, housing and community support.

As part of an ambitious growth agenda, Active Prospects is seeking a Chief Finance and Growth Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this newly created role has been designed to strengthen executive leadership capacity and ensure that financial strategy, growth, investment and business planning are fully aligned with the organisation’s long-term ambitions.
