Required background: Housebuilding
Working for one of the regions fastest growing regional Housebuilders, you will be responsible for managing the smooth and timely development of schemes from initial planning stage through to delivery and handover.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be a first-class communicator and confident in leading meetings as well as collaborating effectively both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both open market and partnership led schemes across the South West.
