Our client is one of the South Coast’s leading providers of design-led homes who, with an excellent pipeline of new sites coming through, are looking to appoint a new Architectural Technologist to join what is already a high-performing Design department.
Key responsibilities:
- Production of all site-specific working drawing packages
- Creation and management of standard house types and standard details
- Creating and maintaining processes on how working drawings are produced
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
What you’ll have:
- Experience as an Architectural Technologist either within a Housebuilder or working on large-scale housing projects within an Architectural practice.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using ArchiCAD
