Currently in a period of growth with a strong pipeline, they are looking to introduce a confident and capable advisor to their team on site in Worcester.
Having launched just a month ago, this is an excellent opportunity to join a development that is already performing strongly and play a key role in driving continued sales success. You’ll be working alongside an experienced Sales Director and two high-performing Sales Managers.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the residential sector, a strong customer focus, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while guiding buyers through the full purchase journey.
