We are working on behalf of a well-established residential developer to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for an exciting new development in Bexhill-on-Sea. As Sales Advisor, you will be the on-site representative for the developer, responsible for driving sales and managing buyers through the entire purchasing journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-led housebuilder on a scheme of 89 homes, comprising a mix of apartments and houses. The role will suit a confident and personable sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering a first-class buying experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing all sales enquiries from initial contact through to completion
  • Conducting viewings and presenting the development to prospective purchasers
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting via CRM systems
  • Ensuring the sales suite and show homes are always presented to a high standard
  • Working towards and exceeding targets
  • Progressing sales by liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and the wider team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working for a residential developer in a Sales Advisor role (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the new homes sales process
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bexhill-on-Sea

 Working Pattern
