Key responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing and securing land opportunities across the target regions
- Driving land acquisition strategy to support business growth and delivery targets
- Leading negotiations with landowners, agents and stakeholders
- Supporting investment decisions through robust site appraisal and commercial insight
- Managing risk and opportunity throughout the acquisition process
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful site progression
Required background:
- Proven experience in a Land Manager or Land Buyer role
- Demonstrable track record of land acquisition and deal negotiations
- Experience working with Social Housing providers is preferred
