We have partnered with a growing housebuilder to strengthen their Land & Planning team with a Development Manager / Land Buyer. Working closely with the wider pre-development team, you will support the delivery of residential projects from land acquisition and planning through to construction and completion.
This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across the development process, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of projects as your experience develops. We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Development Manager or Land Buyer, ideally with experience within residential housebuilding, planning or consultancy. You will need strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the drive to develop your career within a successful SME environment.
