Required background: Housebuilding

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a respected residential developer on a flagship development of 100+ thoughtfully designed new homes.

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring this prestigious scheme is delivered safely, on programme and to the high standards the company is known for.

The Role

• Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a large new build residential development.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Monitor build quality throughout every stage of construction.
• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained on site.
• Carry out inspections, snagging and quality checks.
• Assist with plot handovers and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Help drive programme while maintaining the company’s commitment to quality workmanship.

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build residential developments.
• Experience working with a recognised housebuilder or residential contractor.
• Passionate about delivering quality homes and maintaining high construction standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Proven new build residential experience
