We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new build housing development in Higham Ferrers.
This position is available on either a permanent basis or temporary-to-permanent, offering flexibility depending on your current circumstances.
Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You will lead subcontractors and site personnel, maintain exceptional standards of health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction, and play a key role in the successful delivery of the development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing new build residential developments
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent health & safety knowledge
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering quality homes
