In detail…
We are working closely with a growing SME Main Contractor in Kent to strengthen their Senior Leadership team with an experienced Operations Manager. This is a key role for the business to drive continuous improvement across operational processes and project delivery. You will work closely with Commercial and Technical teams to monitor project profitability, site performance against programme, quality and financial targets.
Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you will oversee the delivery of multiple residential construction projects from inception through to completion, with a reporting Contracts Manager and multiple site teams to manage.
The preferred candidate will offer a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Construction Management role with proven residential housing experience, ideally from a Main Contractor. This position is commissioned for a start in early 2027 or sooner for the right individual.
