Our Client is a revered building contractor delivering prestigious residential and commercial schemes in the Channel Islands. We are handling a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to develop their career, earnings and exposure to schemes ranging from £1m – £15m. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong contracting mind-set that can show relevant sector exposure and moreover, be committed to a relocation. This is a hands-on role and will suit someone that is technically strong with the ability to work effectively and interact with other disciplines. Offering a beneficial Tax regime, plus the associated excellent work/life benefits and highly competitive salary and package, our client is also willing to help and assist with moving costs.
