In detail…

Required background: Housebuilding

Our client is an award-winning, 5-star housebuilder with an exceptional reputation for quality, design, and customer care across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and the home counties. As the business expands its regional footprint and brings several high-profile residential developments to market, they are seeking an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join their regional team.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the sales performance of key residential schemes across the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the end-to-end execution of targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to generate high-quality leads for live developments.

  • Content Creation & Collateral: Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, site graphics, point-of-sale materials, and digital assets.

  • Agency & Supplier Liaison: Manage day-to-day relationships with creative agencies, media buyers, PR consultants, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee digital channels, ensuring development web pages, portal listings, and targeted digital ads are accurate, engaging, and fully optimised.

  • On-Site Marketing Support: Coordinate the preparation and launch of new development openings, flagship show homes, and regional marketing events.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing performance, lead generation metrics, campaign ROI, and website traffic to refine future strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, land, and technical teams to ensure marketing activity aligns precisely with regional commercial targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Background: Proven track record in a marketing role within the UK residential housebuilding or property development sector.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the new homes buying process, regional housing markets, and developer customer journeys.

  • Skills: Strong copywriting, proofreading, and digital marketing skills, alongside excellent attention to detail.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
