I’m currently working on behalf of a respected residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
The role will involve supporting a number of new build residential developments across Surrey and West Sussex, splitting time between the client’s office in the Redhill area and active project sites.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector
- Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
- Previous experience working for a residential developer
- Ability to manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Contract Details:
- Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
- Mix of office and site-based working
- Projects located across Surrey and West Sussex
- Excellent day rates available
- Outside IR35
