Our client is delivering a quality mixed tenure product across the Cambridgeshire & Anglia area, incorporating both traditional and modern methods of construction. We are working with the MD to onboard a Head of Commercial to lead the team on a daily basis. We will consider individuals at Managing Surveyor, Chief Surveyor and Commercial Manager level as well as anyone already established within a Head of Commercial position. A strong exposure to volume residential development and management of teams is key as well as the ability to liaise, integrate and work alongside the other development disciplines.
