With a highly stable pipeline of new schemes, we are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead across multiple developments, managing design progression from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover
- Manage consultants, drawings, and specifications in line with programme and budget
- Ensure compliance with HA/Registered Provider specifications and design guides
- Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input
