We’re working with a leading London developer renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable residential and mixed-use schemes across the capital. Based in their Marylebone office, they’re looking to add two talented individuals to their in-house design team on an initial 6-month contract – with the potential for a permanent role for the right person.
About the Projects
You’ll be working on a portfolio of high-rise RC Frame apartment schemes in Willesden and Acton, featuring SFS wall construction and brick slip façades. All projects are residential or mixed-use, with a focus on design quality, buildability, and sustainability.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Experience on RC Frame and SFS wall construction projects
- Strong understanding of residential and/or mixed-use design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team
- Full-time availability to work in the Marylebone office
