NHBC appoints two new non-exec directors

The NHBC has appointed two non-executive directors to the board of directors, Tesula Mohindra and Dr Teresa Robson-Capps.

Mohindra is a chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector. Previously, she was the Managing Director at both JP Morgan and UBS and has worked on establishing start up businesses in the financial institutions sector. Alongside this, she has been appointed as the non-executive director of Close Brothers Group and works as a Trustee of the Children’s Charity, Variety.

Robson-Capps is the current non-executive director of Fidelity UK Holdings and PPLPRS Ltd, is a fellow of CIMA and holds a doctorate in Management Accounting & Control. She has held a number of roles across the financial, retail, technology and mobile industries, including HSBC.

“Tesula brings a breadth of financial experience, while Teresa has a strong mix of executive and non-executive experience across a number of sectors.

“Their depth of knowledge and expertise will strengthen our board and ultimately our core purpose of building confidence in the construction quality of new homes.”
