Our client is a growing, national fire safety consultancy supporting complex Fire Risk Assessment programmes for a broad range of high-profile and regulated clients. As their FRA workload continues to expand, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Fire Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of major fire safety projects.
This is a senior role with real influence, focused on managing end-to-end delivery of FRA projects while acting as a key interface between clients, assessors and internal stakeholders. Working alongside senior leadership, you will take responsibility for planning, resourcing and overseeing projects, ensuring assessments are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a consistently high standard.
The role has a strong client-facing and advisory element. You will build trusted relationships, guide clients through risk-based decision making and support the practical implementation of fire safety recommendations, particularly across complex and higher-risk buildings. Alongside this, you will provide technical oversight, contribute to quality assurance activity and support continuous improvement across FRA processes.
You will also play an important role in supporting and guiding colleagues, offering mentoring, on-site support and technical input where required. Exposure to commercial elements such as utilisation, programme performance and margin awareness forms part of the position, giving the opportunity to broaden your impact beyond day-to-day project delivery.
The position involves site visits and home-based working and occasional attendance at regional offices for collaboration, training and CPD. Strong planning, organisation and communication skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
This opportunity would suit an experienced fire safety professional who enjoys project ownership, stakeholder management and working at the centre of complex fire safety programmes within a progressive consultancy environment.
