We are always searching for high quality talent, therefore your recommendations are very important to us. This is a great way to assist your network in taking a progressive step forward in their careers and is ultimately something we like to reward.

An online referral qualification requires a name, email address, phone number, current job title and must be compliant with GDPR and our T&Cs.

To show our gratitude we reward successful introductions as follows:

Director and above – £500

Manager – £350

Below Manager – £200

  • To qualify for a reward, your referred candidate must be placed within 6 months of your registration, completing their probationary period with the recruitment fees paid.
  • The referral must be made via the Thomas Gray referral scheme page.
  • An individual can only be nominated for the referral scheme once within a 12-month period.
  • The referral does not qualify if any member of the Thomas Gray team has been in touch with the potential candidate within the last 6 months.
  • Offer not valid and rewards not payable for self-referrals.
  • This scheme is effective from 22/02/2021 and Thomas Gray reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time.
  • Thomas Gray’s decision is final.
