80 New Modular Homes for L&G

L&G boosting the pipeline with a new site, based in Littlestone, Kent, which has outline planning permission for 80 new Modular homes.

The firm has advised upon the benefits of modular construction in the hope it produces more affordable and better-quality housing. This is to coincide with its aim of creating in upwards of 300 new jobs across its production regions, supporting UK jobs and advertising its wide range of employment opportunities across a variety of skillset.

This scheme, like many others for L&G, will be provided by its factory located near Leeds, and will bring the companies development pipeline up to a total of 750 new homes, with the aim of completing around 3,000 homes per year by 2024.
