Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning and house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Technical Manager to join what is already a high performing team.
Required background:
- Housebuilding experience is essential – preferably within a quality led SME environment.
- Architectural or Engineering backgrounds will be considered
Some of your key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Technical aspects of a project from start to finish
- Manage external consultancies
- Control and issue design information and drawings to relevant internal and external stakeholders
