We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join a leading residential developer’s Technical team on a 6-month contract. This exciting opportunity involves working across multiple projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and updating Operation and Maintenance (OM) manuals.
- Managing fire remedial works to meet safety standards.
- Ensuring structural safety compliance across past projects.
- Coordinating with various teams to maintain technical integrity and ensure documentation accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Technical Manager role within the residential development sector.
- Expertise in OM manuals, fire remedial works, and structural safety compliance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
