Our client is a well-funded, highly reputable developer with an operational area spanning Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Due to continued growth and with a large number of sites coming through, we are looking to further strengthen the Technical department with an experienced Technical Manager. Working closely with the department Director, you will have accountability for both people and projects – ensuring both are well resourced and being operated with maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record within housebuilding ideally with a national developer.
