Required background: Housebuilding
We are working exclusively with a well-respected Tier 1 Contractor/Developer who have a significant pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects due to commence across the South East from 2026 onwards. We are seeking a design-led Technical Manager with strong client and stakeholder management skills to take ownership of a brand-new flagship scheme, overseeing all stages from early design development through to delivery on site.
The ideal candidate will have proven RC frame experience and a solid background in managing complex technical design coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. Although not essential, exposure to High-Rise Building (HRB) applications, Building Safety Act compliance, and modern residential construction standards would be highly advantageous.
